set in a brine for a day, then smoke for 6hrs on low the Slovaks simmer for 5 hr in a crock until fall off the bone strain gently and pull meat away from cartlege, bone, and fat. serve with homemade mustard on fresh bun or..... place back into broth and finish the broth with onion, celery, green cab...

sorry, I am having trouble navigating around the site. question #1 is there a place to view calenderd monthly competitions? some events were cancelled, some amature. just would like to stay on top of events if there is no calender, it maybe a sugestion. question #2 is there a resource to follow over...

Would just like to point out something that does not happen very often and that is.. Smokin in the igloo took a call in all 4 categories. As I recall, SCS was the first to do that back in Merlin 07.
