brisket sauce its banging

1-envelope of onion soap mix 8oz. of chili sauce 2-TBS. vingar 1-TSP. salt and pepper use a 4lbs. brisket

just started smomkin this yearthat would be meat haha. made a 55gal. drum upright smoker it works great cook around 230 degrees on it.the bad part is you have to dump the ash it has 2 racks holds about 18lbs of charcoal will burn 20 hours or so.love doing rib and pork butt .tryed to do a brisket but...
