Re: Catering - Concession Trailer for sale

Harv,
What are you looking to replace it with?
I see Jumpin Jim has some for sale on the Basso forum.
I got my CTO from him, and he had some nice builtout trailers with Ole Hickorys on the porch.

Re: Where to buy charcoal?

Tyler,
I get mine at the Rona on Wonderland. Maple Leaf. Also, I know the guys from Delaware got a truckload of Basques lump from JC when he was at the St Thomas conmp. They should have some left. Give me a holler if you can't find any.

Good job Mike and the rest of your team. You did a great job.
You know what has to change for next year.
It'll be bigger and better and I for one will be back in a heartbeat.

Re: Manitoba Maple for Smoking?

If you're using a small chunk of soft maple for flavor in a wsm it's ok. For heat in a big cooker it don't cut it.I find the soft maples give off a dirty smoke If you are gonna use maple, stick to the hard varieties. Bryan
