I just split my jalapenos lengthwise, lay the cheese mixture in, cover with a half strip of bacon, and just lay them directly on the grid. Less work and easier to eat ... IMHO!

I agree totally with Hippie, and one can only improve with experience.
Talking to some folks at the Oink this past weekend, the one notable thing is the best teams are always in or near the top 20 or in other words, the cream always rises to the top!

What part of Cambridge are you in? I'm in East Galt. Well, the ribs turned out not too bad, they were quite tasty but a touch tough. I'm going to try the 3-2-1 method next time.
