My wife is officially hooked. I just went out for an hour, came home and my wife has prepared a rack of ribs (Trimmed properly) and plate of ABT's.

MAC knives are great, my wife has actually had people return them to her store because they are "too sharp!"

I'm going to Cleveland for a week for a tradeshow. Bringing the wife, so someone else is cookin' for me!

I have a pork shoulder, 3 racks of side ribs for next weekend. Probably try the ABT's for the first time.
