Nice looking set up. If i can make a suggestion, i would place a 24x24 patio stone underneath that cooker. I know for a fact it get pretty hot in the bottom of the unit, even to the point that the wood can & will smolder from the heat.

First Aid At St Thomas

For those teams cooking to St Thomas our team " Bustin Loose BBQ " will have a large first aid kit on our site if needed. This is due to past accidents so i know it may come in handy. Don't look for a de-fibulator from all that pork fat but cuts & such sould be fine.

Great news Mike i love the fact i can pass off some of hundreds of pounds of bbq we cook in these comps. :lol: Looking forward to hearing more & thanks for spending all this time. That goes for everyone else ( Mike & Mike )that has been working on this all along.

I get all my briskets from right up the street from my work. Chicago 58 905-265-1044. You can get as many as you want too buy. They weigh anywhere from 8-13 lbs.
