Well Suncor had lots of money till they bought Petro-can. Actually they are one of my biggest companies that we do work for but they are hard to get any donations from if it is not oilfield related. But saying that it is hard for anyone now with things the way they are to donate but we will keep try...

b1 hope it wasn't something I said. But to answer your question there Hippie it is $1500 as of now and we are trying to grow it with some sponsor ship in thte next year. We are trying to get more interest churned up to make it worthwhile to compete in all 3 of these events in order to get out attend...

Try wrapping them in foil for a while when they reach the 150 mark and let them cook till 180 and then unwrap to finish them off with sauce if you wish. b3 well just picked up the new one yesterday from the local Barbeques Galore here in Calgary and will be giving it a test run tommorow. Totally awsome the size of the unit. Will be doing everything on it brisket, pk butt, ribs and chicken. Looking forward to it.

Actually we use the same thing on a stove top for doing chicken breasts or pork chops. Put the meat in a large fry pan frozen add 1 can of coke and add the same amount of ketchup. Yes myself (pigasus) and Jim (pigsicle) and Gene (squelin good bbq) on our forum have teamed to go. We are calling the team the Righteous Pig Brothers for this event only.
