NY and PA comps 09

The Mrs was checking the KCBS site yesterday and compiled a list of local comps at least in relation to the Buffalo area…I personally know a bunch of Southern Ontario teams that come down this way when the smoke is rising so I figured I post the list here…a couple of new ones of note are the Roc...

As for the burn time before you need to reload….I was using lump which tends to burn quicker then the recommended briquets..I would think an average burn time would be 8-12 hours before a reload…this was only my first cook on it I would want a couple more under my belt before I could predict the...

Yep ribs were on for close to 6 hrs...but the temp was low the first hour hour and a half...and the lid was off and on more then usual which added to the cooking time
