I love the creamy coleslaw on my PP. Its a texture thing as well as the taste. Often I have to suggest friends just try it to see if they like it-usually results in a sale!! The smoker I use now when I do up my grub on it is a vertical propane fired type (Smokey Mountain series). It works good but you have to babysit the wood burning it seems since the wood box isn't all that big. I'm considering making a Big Drum type smoker. That one would be charcoal fired though. I...

I've been looking for "MAPLE SUGAR" , has anybody seen it anywhere??? If so could ya let me know , I need some and have looked all over with no luck. Are these comps good spectator sports? I'm really enjoying BBQ and I love good competition however I don't have any desire to compete myself. I'll keep going for personal bests in my backyard where I can be the judge and jury!!!!

Thanks for the welcome guys. I'm kind of excited because I finished my UDS last night and to try it I made a fire with pine and cedar. Theres something neat about watching the chimney smoking away for the 1st time! I'm planning on getting some charcoal and a grill at lunch today- ohwell- back to work!
