Mom wanted grilled Pork Tenderloin today,thats what she got.I bought some Honey Mustard marinade and covered two pork tenderloins to marinade for 10 hours,I fired up the WSM and put them on at 350-400 degrees for one hour.I pulled them at 155 internal.I had some corn on the cob and three cheese nood...

I got email from a buddy of mine that just got back from vacation, he says he has a T-Shirt and some other liquid trinkets for me. I am a big fan of mixing Maple and Cherry when I do pork butts or pork ribs,makes for a mild sweet tasting sort of smoke that I really like,but I'm sure everyone here has a little different taste when comes to what kind of smoke flavor they want.

Stuffed pork loin center cut roast with grilled shrooms.

Thought i would share this cook, I spiral cut the roast open so I could stuff it with some rice mix,sprinkled with rub and added the rice,I rolled it up tight and tied it,sprinkled with more rub and on the WSM.I used a little mesquite and oak for smoke.I cooked it at 240-250 for three hours. I have had pretty good luck with RO charcoal,nice big chunks,I like the smell of Maple leaf lump,but my all time favorite is Dragon Breath lump,just hard to get around here.This stuff has big pieces,burns hot and long,I need Ontario Gas BBQ to get more. :D http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v510/tric...
