A friend told me for some odd spices they can be picked up a asain/indian stores. Also check out bulk stores as well. Myself i shop metro,independent,walmart and farmboy for most spices. Also if you are looking for some obscure product, try food basic. They have a lot of ethnic food products. What a...

rib question

I was reading a book this past week, and it had a lot of pork rib recipes in it. I assume they will work for beef aswell or would they have to be tweaked?

Chilly Chilies i have not used myself yet, but one of the guys at work swears by them. He has been to their store many times.

I have done ribs on low - 4 hour cook. Also did a roast and ham both were 4 to 5 hours. Yes I find the tempature goes up and down easy. I also find on my grill, one side keeps it at tempature better than the other. For smoke I have done smoke pouches and a cast iron smoke box. I want to try wood on ...
