no pictures = it did not happen you can also wrap the butt tightly in foil and then with a towel/blanket and store in a dry, packed (with other blankets) cooler and hold for several hours. this is usefull when butts are done early and dinner time is not even close. as for the chicken, it should read...

Witt, After all the comps and practice cooks over the last few years I didn't think that I was ever going to say this again, however, after looking at your pictures - I now have a craving for Ribs. :lol: Where did you get the new WSM?
