I also have the Maverick ET-73 and it works really well. Just be careful not to overheat it...good for cooks up to 400 degrees or so. I have eaten at Tony Romas when I lived out west and I really do no think of them as a barbaque restaurant. They are more like Baton Rouge than a BBQ joint. I would agree...used to eat at the one by the TO airport when I was working in the area. Good food, but definitely not what I would consider B...

I find that crab and lobster are both best when they are kept simple...Toss them on the fire, cook until done, and serve with drawn butter and lemon wedges. The great thing about shellfish is they create their own excitement. You don't have to get fancy with them to really wow your guests... Like Ha...
