Chicken burgers.......... I get breasts ,, pound them out ,, I usually 2 burgers per breast. Then I toss them in a freezer bag with a sweeter type BBQ sauce..... Grill them,, and they're a big hit with my 10 year old daughter,,, and it's usually the girls that are more picky eaters... I also do them...

Herb, little bit of a tough smoker to bring up to temp,, and maintain.. I started with the same one. Ever see those Starfrit brand oven mitts? They're made of some special heat resitant rubber?
I've been tempted to buy , but I ain't paying Crappy Tire $20.00 per glove....just on principle.

I felt terrible for the hens,, the beer can barely ,, fit the job ,,if you know what I mean. kept them on the smoker for about 2 hours,, used apple flavored pellets,,, I find that with chicken, etc,, milder smoke flavors are best (there was a post about this last week).
