We will show you how to prep and prepare ribs, select the right rub for you how to cut ribs and also how to present for competition and serving. We will also be sampling a selection of BBQ appetizers oer the course of the day.
This class is suitable for the backyard BBQer and also competitive teams
You be supplied with all rubs, sauces, rack of ribs and and other secret ingredients that make our competition ribs unique.
We will be using Traeger Grills for this class.
