Head Country's Bar-B-Q Meatloaf

1lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 onion (2/3 c.) chopped
1/3 green pepper (1/3 c.) chopped
1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed green olives (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. Head Country Seasoning
1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce reserved for top of meatloaf
1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce

- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Pat into meatloaf and pan.
- Top with Bar-B-Q- sauce.
- Bake, uncovered one hour at 350 Degrees.
- Makes 4/6 Servings 8)
