1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 slice bread, crumbled
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Pinch of Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, egg, Worcestershire sauce and mustard mix well. Form into 6 to 8 patties and season to taste with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cook patties for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness, turning once.
Brisket, back ribs, rib roast, chuck roll, shoulder clod, tri-tip, sirloin, meatloaf etc.
