Dave Klose publishe dthis on his site a while ago. Witht he start of the new hunting season, it seems appropriate to bring it back.

4 pasilla chiles—seeded
2 ancho chiles—seeded
1 arbol chile—seeded
2 cups chicken broth—divided
2 corn tortillas—quartered
6 tablespoons corn oil
1 ½ pounds venison—cut in ½â€

That sounds great Peter...the food at the Mansion is top notch. Amy and I stayed there a few years back, and it was quite the place.

Felt like royalty the entire time...paid like royalty too!!!

I've never had the pleasure of staying at the Mansion, Joe but I have tried this recipe.

Dave chose well to pass this one on to all us lucky folks.
