1 1/2 cups soy sauce
2 cups brown sugar
1 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon ground ginger
5 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sugar, and ginger. Place chicken into the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Place marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated grill at least 1 hour, or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Chicken, turkey, game hen, water fowl etc.
