4 small tomatoes,
1 to 3 habanero peppers
3 peeled garlic cloves
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of grapefruit juice,
salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté in a medium saucepan the tomatoes, peppers and garlic. When the tomatoes and peppers are tender and slightly brown place the tomatoes in a blender. Remove seeds and stems from peppers and add to the tomatoes. It would be best to handle these peppers wearing thin latex gloves. Pour the water, orange juice and grapefruit juice in the blender with the peppers and tomatoes and puree until smooth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with your favourite meat.

Awww .. why take the seeds out? The seeds and the veins are where all the fun starts!
