1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 clove minced garlic
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Place oil in a skillet , add onion and celery.
Saute until tender over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dry and wet rubs, basting and finishing sauces, glazes, mops, marinades, flavor brines, and injection solutions.
