Tennessee Rib Sauce

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup light molasses
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp grated orange zest
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 clove garlic minced
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup red wine
Combine all the following ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for
for 15 minutes. Use to baste ribs during cooking.
