2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoons sea salt flakes
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a jar.
To use: Using a pastry brush, brush steaks, pork chops with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with rub. Rub well over meat. Barbecue or grill meat until cooked to your liking.
Dry and wet rubs, basting and finishing sauces, glazes, mops, marinades, flavor brines, and injection solutions.
