SMOKER SAUCE

1 Ibs. Corn oil margarine
1/2 Cup Red wine
3 tbs. Soy sauce
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
4 Cloves garlic minced
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper ground

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 -30 minutes. Use on beef, pork or lamb. Brush on two or three times during smoking process. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.

try using Bravia Beer in the recipe
