1 bunch of vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 clove of garlic
1 good pinch of sea salt
1 good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
2 thick slices of good sour dough bread
Into a double-thick foil pouch, add tomatoes, thyme, salt, garlic, then drizzle with olive oil.
Place on bottom rack of BBQ for 8-10 minutes.
Cut sour dough bread into thick slices and place tomato on top. Make sure to squish tomatoes. Drizzle juices from foil on top.
