2 large cans - potatoes rinsed
1 bunch each fresh parsley & rosemary chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil 4 metal skewers
Rinse the potatoes and set aside. Chop herbs and garlic into one bowl. Pour olive oil into a second bowl. Dip each potato into the olive oil and then coat with herbs/garlic.
Put each coated potato onto the skewer. Place finished skewers on the BBQ and cook through - about 10 minutes.
