1/2 cup of Light Italian Dressing
Plastic Bag (Large Ziploc)
4 Ears of Corn
2 Large Tomatoes halved crosswise
Pour dressing into plastic bag and add corn and tomatoes. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove vegetables from bag and save marinade.
Grill corn for 20 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Arrange tomatoes cut-side-up on grill, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
Cooking time will be about 10 minutes.
