Artichoke Asiago dip

Capanata ( Artichoke Dip )

1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (packed in water not oil)
1 cup Asiago cheese, grated.
1-2 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
1 tsp lemon juice
½ cup or more mayonnaise.
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste.

Method

Blend all ingredients together starting with about ½ cup mayo and adding more as needed to desired consistency.
Flavors blend best if refrigerated before serving.
Serve with your favorite crackers or sliced baguette
…also found to be good as a hamburger garnish
