1 cup butter
1.5 cup sugar
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 cups homemade Strawberry jam
Cream butter and sugar add eggs then mix in flour and baking powder. Form into small balls. Place the balls into greased mini muffin pan. With your fingers press the ball into the muffin pan forming edges (like a tartlett)
Fill the impression with strawberry jam. Makes approx 6 doz.
Bake at 350 for 12-16 minutes (Depending on oven) until they are lightly golden brown.
Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
These freeze very well w/o the whipped cream for about 2 months.
