Fire and Ice

this one is going great for us

2 cups melted choc.
2 tablespoons chipolte pepper/powder
1/2 cup Irish Cream

Melt the choc add other ingredents and keep warm. Some times you need to add a bit more Irish Cream of reg thick cream depending on your taste and to keep it runny. If it curdlles dont panic just keep stiring and it will reconstitute. Ok your done now serve over your fav ice dish. I like Tropical Fruit Sherbet or Vanilla ice cream.

ps I like to add more chipolte but then I,m a little insane for heat
