4 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp orange flavoured liquor
150 ml double cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp. brown sugar
To make the orange flavoured cream pour the double cream into a mixing bowl sprinkle the icing sugar over the top and whisk the mixture until it stands in soft peaks then carefully fold in the liquor and chill.
Peel the bananas and place each one on a sheet of kitchen foil cut then spoon the orange juice and liquor over them sprinkle with brown sugar.
Fold the kitchen foil over to make a parcel then place on the barbecue for about 10 minutes until they are tender test by using a wooden skewer. Then put onto plates and open the parcel and serve with the orange flavoured cream.
