I was just at the superstore and they were selling 1 KG bags of "readycure" looks to be similar to instacure but I can never find it around here. The only time that I have made peameal in the past, I went to the butcher and told him what I was making and he gave me a bit of cure for free. Anyone used readycure? Just wondering if it works the same. The ingredients listed are Salt, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Bicarbonate. Still 1 tsp to 5lbs of meat and a 10% pump?
