THANK YOU to all of the volunteers that helped make the Team Cedar Grilling/T-A Appliance day such a fun time. Steve and his team were very helpful, and put on an enjoyable day full of tips and tricks to help boost our back-yard bbq skills to a higher level. I found it really enjoyable to talk to the other pros throughout the day, and to learn more about the competition circuit. They are truly ambassadors to the art of bbqing. I look forward to seeing the pros in Listowel this summer. Again, thanks to all who gave up their Saturday to help us expand our bbqing knowledge.

Hey all,

Moved this from announcements for two reasons,

a) It is more of either a front porch topic or beginners newbies topic.
b) The mods made a decision that rib classes and the appropriate information be posted in the Beginners / Newbies area of the forum.

A great big thank you to the teachers of the Team Cedar Grilling BBQ Class, Adrienne, Bob, Jules, Aaron, Rambo, Scotty, Brian and Tiny. Job well done! I have had a lot of positive feedback on all the secrets that were spilled. I think we are going to see some new people on the scene this year. Thanks again Paul for the pictures.
All the proceeds were donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
