I just got some hickory chunks at WalMart, be aware the bag is exactly the same as the mesquite chunks, so you have to look. There were enough smaller chunks that I've got a smoke on right now (2 racks of baby back ribs) but most of the chunks are big, you could make a camp fire with them. I'm gonna hafta get a little hatchet to chop them into usable sizes. Man I'm gonna be all out doorsy soon.
When it comes to beatin's, baby you deserve the best.
