I live in the States, but my Dad grew up in Parry Sound and Midland ONT. Spent many summers in Midland with my Grandma. Great memories. The 4th of July is a big BBQ weekend here and I am making my first attempt at smoking ribs. Found this sight on You Tube and joined. I have 6 slabs of ribs in the fridge rubbed and ready to be smoked in the morning. I plan to smoke them tomorrow, store them in the fridge tomorrow night and then warm them on the grill for our cookout on Saturday. Maybe with some sauce swabbed on. If anyone has any suggestions / thoughts about smoking one day, then reheating the next, would love to hear them.
