Tweaking my bean recipe today, chicken practice run with a new recipe from a US friend tomorrow along with some roasted veg. Likely some ribs, as well - so they'll stop begging me to make more :wink:

Spatchcocked chicken for supper tonight .....then damper the Green egg down and let it smolder away then Ill open it up and settle it in at 225 and put on an 8lb boston butt around 2 am for tomorrows supper with home made baked beans with fresh maple syrup from my friends farm and im going to make some ABTs stuffed with roasted red pepper cream cheese ,smoked ham purreed and cheddar, wrapped in home cured and smoked bacon that my brother made last week...
