I was considering purchasing a BBQ Smoker & did not want to spend too much
- I have never tried smoking Ribs, Chicken, Chicken wings etc..., but am interested in trying this process
1) Would I accomplish the same effect with my Weber BBQ & just using the appropriate wood chips
2) As I anticipate trying BBQ Smoking to some extent, how much should I be considering on spending
3) Is an Electric Smoker a consideration ?
