Hot Sauce Vendor Recommendation: Chilie Chillies

Post by SmokeNVoodoo » Wed Jul 29, 2009 6:43 pm

Hi all,

I thought I'd make a contribution by recommending a terrific "hot sauce" supplier that I frequent regularly that offers about 9 zillion hot sauces (Okay, I'm exaggerating, they only have 8 zillion).

The place is called Chilly Chilies http://www.chillychiles.com/ and they have a mail order division. Seriously, they have mild to "yer gonna die a painful death" hot sauces.

Enjoy. Or suffer, depending on the temperature you get!

I've ordered from them in the past, good company. A few of us get together and place an order. One of the fellows ordered some dried chili peppers and put a few of them in each jar of pickled eggs he made. It’s hard to describe the results; it gave a new dimension to pickled eggs. I could handle one that was it. But each time I visited I would ask for another.

Very timely reminder, Blair. I've been ordering from them for quite a few years now; they never disappoint.
