First off, thanks to all that put out recommendations for poker night snacks. I ended up going with Baby Backs and ABT's (Moink balls next time). Ribs were great and quickly demolished but the ABT's were the talk of the night. They tasted great and there was a novelty factor associated with eating a stuffed jalapeno...people couldn't get over it.
Once again, thanks all for the suggestions and great advice. I'd have food porn for you but the cook was a little hectic...had to watch my two kids all day while tending the ribs and the boys were anxious to get playing when they got here...
