Malabar Superspice, in Burlington, may be about 1/2 hour away. They're at the west end. I just came from Cambridge and it took me just over 1/2 hour to the east end of Burlington.

I was able to find Tender Quick easy enough but had a hard time finding Prague Powder.

If you can't find it locally you can order online from Edmonton based Halford Hide, view online catalog, Butcher's Supplies. They have lots of great stuff.

The sausage maker in Buffalo has Prague Powder as well. He also has an online catalogue/order form. www.sausagemaker.com

Canada Compound in Woodbridge, BSA in Montreal and Yes Group in Markham are 3 other sources as well.
