Back ribs are $1.97 per pound at No Frills this week. I may pick up a few racks to freeze and do up a couple for tomorrow.

I have a small utility turkey I've been meaning to smoke as well. Probably not this weekend though....

Making my first batch of chipoltes and anchos from our big harvest of peppers this fall. Been smoking for about 9 hours so far and they are starting to dry our nicely. I will see how long I will keep the fire going tonight.

Also doing some ABT's stuffed with ground pork, cheese and spy apple - idea courtesy of Rick's Tropical Delight on the BBQ Brethren list. They are really good and a neat twist on an old favourite.
