Some Moinks and Sausage

Post by Rib Fan » Sat Oct 17, 2009 5:27 pm

I put some moinks together and threw them on the small BGE using cherry would for smoke.

I then sauced them up and back on the Egg.

Then I put on some Italian sausages.

Simple yet tasty and a fine fall day to boot.

I'm fairly new to this....but what is a moink?

It looks too darn good not to try this myself. :)

Cheers,

Hi Paul,

MOINKS are simply an all beef meatball (homemade or store bought) wrapped in bacon, then rub added. Then sauced in the end with your favourite BBQ sauce. Makes a great snack.

Thanks Wayne.

Add beer to go along with those and I think I'd call that dinner. b2

Thanks for sharing....

Paul...those were shared and a few cold ones were consumed at the time. Great snack food.
