Home Made Perogies and Prime Rib

Post by Rib Fan » Fri Oct 23, 2009 8:14 pm

A buddy came over and we made some perogies and I thought a prime rib on the small BGE. Cooked at 250, cherry wood, pulled at 128 internal.

Was a fun cook. I was in a hurry to eat so the pics are not the greatest.

Looks good, ribfan. I've got a prime rib roast just about the same size I've been anxious to put on the smoker.
Nice pics.
