Stratford Event

Hello Everyone

Just got back from Stratford, Thanks for a Great Day.
I am just getting ready to do catering job only 20 racks of ribs and 20 chickens tonight wow.

Back to Stratford Event what a great new complex we where cooking at wow.

We had 7 teams battling the rain and cooler spring day.

Some of the Ground Pork was amazing.
The Pork Chops were good too.
Plus the Ribs.. Well some of the Pro teams might be trouble if any of these teams go Pro...Gulp..

Thanks to Deb Campbell and her crew at Pork Congress and the spouners.

So it looks to me like Mike Callaghan won the comp with a score of 1253..

Congrats to Mike for the win.. Look forward to seeing you out on the pro tour.. :wink:

Yep it was a nice validation for the team, first hardware is the best. The team was to be registered as "The Black Pig BBQ Team", must have put up my name in stead, oh well.

A special thanks for all of those of you on this board, we have been improving our product every day learning from the best of the best.
