Southern US BBQ Tour

Well the packing has begun. We are about to embark on an 8 week tour to compete and to take in as much as we can about barbecue. First stop Kansas City to compete at The Royal in the Invitational and the Open with my daughter. From there we will visit many parts of Kansas, Missouri and Kentucky before she flies home. Next and I am off to compete in The Jack. My wife as well as Rob R from Prarie Smoke and Spice will be flying into Nashville to help me compete. I will then be competing in The Best of the Best in Douglas Georgia before slowly making my way across the Gulf Coast into Texas and then back to BC. I will be blogging all the way and posting pictures and video of all that I see and whoever I meet. It will be an entertaining and interesting read.
