Aspiring bbq'er from Toronto

Post by jamesterdallas » Sun Jul 19, 2009 7:37 pm

Hi folks!

Looking forward to learning more about the art of low-n-slow! Just had my first attempt brisket this past weekend with so-so results. The flat was pretty dry and the point was perfect...I must have stuck my temp prob too close to the point?
