New from British Columbia

Post by Phoneguy » Thu Aug 13, 2009 6:31 pm

Hi, seems appropriate to say hello here.

Found this site after watching a YouTube video. I have recently purchased a new (to me) grinder and am looking for ideas on how to use it. Thinking sausage.

We barbeque all year round, mostly on a gas grill, but have been known to do a Christmas Turkey on the briquet Webber.

I am located in New Westminster, B.C.

Just wondering. I hunt and fish. Is there a section that covers game meat?

Morning Phone Guy

I think if you ask whatever question you have about cooking fish and game, there will be someone on this great forum to help you out and answer your questions. It might be nice sometime to see a fish and wild game section on how to's. But imagine it would take some doing to get that on this site, as it already has alot of sections and info. Good luck and hope you post some questions to test the Pros here. They could use a good testin  8) Hippie
