Hello everyone...

I was referred here by someone from a fishing forum I'm a member of....thanks Charcoal. (hope it's ok I added your name)

I'm new to smokers and looking for more information on these and anything that I can have a nice cold b1 and cook with.

Looking forward to reading and gathering information from all of you and posting what I learn.

Cheers,

Paul

Hi mate, Kingston? Lived there most of me life, got 2 degrees from Queen's. As another newb I'm finding the biggest problem I have is too much smoke. This may be unique to the Masterbuilt smoker, but it's pretty strong. Been using hickory, the Traeger came with apple, will have to try that soon.
When it comes to beatin's, baby you deserve the best.

Welcome Legacey. Good to see another member from the Limestone City. We'll be looking for the "light blue smoke" from your backyard when you are doing a cook.
